Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you order a product from duxsomnium.com and don’t absolutely love it out of the box, you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will replace it for you. There are no shipping charges for the damaged item or replacement.


Standard Returns

Our return policy covers returns for most products in new or like-new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Simply email support@duxsomnium.com, and we will walk you through the return process. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Exchanges

For all exchanges, simply start a return for your item by emailing support@duxsomnium.com and place a separate order for the item you would like in exchange.
